Save the date, May 6, 2017 for the 25th Annual Kuyahoora Rotary Club Auction. 
 
The club is in need of donations (used furniture, tools, appliances, garden equipment, etc) for this auction. We would consider items on consignment.  This is one of the major fund raising efforts for the club each year. Anything that you, your organization or business can do to help our auction will be appreciated.  Feel free to contact Klutsch at315-826-5612, Bob at 315-826-3609  or John 315-845-8486 to have the club pick up your donation.  Thank you in advance for your support and please attend to auction on May 6th  to experience this great event.
 
The Kuyahoora Rotary Club is a service organization supporting  community within the townships of Deerfield, Fairfield, Herkimer, Little Falls, Newport, Norway, Ohio, Russia and Schuyler and the villages of Cold Brook, Middleville, Newport and Poland.  Some of the clubs notable efforts include: graduation awards ($4000) at Poland Central and West Canada Valley Central Schools, participation in the Rotary exchange student program (incoming and outgoing students to and from such countries as Germany, Finland, Spain and Brazil), a free fishing derby for area youngsters (12 years of age and younger), free dictionaries to area third graders, the Dolly Parton Imagination Library book program for free age appropriate books to children ages 0 to 5, a roadside litter pick-up project, sponsoring local Scouts and youth groups, maintenance of the local fishing access area on the West Canada Creek and other community improvement/support projects as they arise.
